It is important that your Move Out goes as smooth as possible. My Team and I are here to guide you through the important tasks as you prepare to leave our Community.

Complete the Check Out Form to let us know you've completely vacated your apartment.
"Giving Notice”
We are sorry to see you leave, but we understand that it is time for you to move on. Use the Tenant Portal to give your Notice to Vacate. Be sure to review your Lease before starting this process.

Reminder, your notice is not official until you receive a confirmation back from the Property Manager.
“Make an Elevator Reservation at least 14 days in advance .”
Reserve the freight elevator for up to 2 hours to get your bigger items out of the apartment.
You will be able to make a Reservation in the Scheduling Section.
“Return the internet router to your service provider.”
“Schedule disposing of Bulk Items”
To leave a Bulk Item at the Dumpster, you can take it there yourself for a $50 fee per item or we will remove it for you after you move-out for $95 per item fee.

“Thoroughly clean your apartment"
the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, sinks, tub, and appliances, too. Vacuum the carpet on your way out. DO NOT UNPLUG THE REFRIGERATOR! To clean around it, just slide it forward.
“Remove all trash from the apartment”
This includes removing any food items from the fridge and in the kitchen cabinets. Leave the Door-Step Trash Container empty and wiped clean. Don't forget to remove any trash from the balcony area, too.
“Return your keys, parking permits and pet tags"
Drop off your Keys in the Drop Box located at the Management Office. Be sure to return all keys, any parking permits and pet tags.

Please fill out the Key Return Envelope completely!
"Get your security deposit refund via eCheck"
There is no fee for this option. Just update your Notice to Vacate by following these steps:

Log into your portal and go to the Contact Us Options

Click on Request Notice to Vacate

Fill in the information (again).

Answer YES to the question - "Would you like to receive you security deposit via direct deposit?

Fill out your banking information then click Submit.

“About security deposit refunds returned via the US Mail"
Zencorr cannot guarantee the services of the US Postal System. To request a replacement check for any lost or undelivered refunds by mail, there will be a $50 stop payment plus $50 processing fee.

The best way to receive your refund is via eCheck. If you need assistance with this task, email us to send you a "Request to Update Your Banking Information."
“Final inspection happens after you have completely vacated the apartment.”
You will receive your final reconciliation shared onto your portal and a copy of the inspection; when applicable.
“Don't forget to update us with your new address.”
Scheduling Arrangements
Reserve the Freight Elevator for your Move-Out Day and make arrangements to dispose of Bulk Items at our Dumpster.

To dispose of a Bulk item(s) at our Dumpsters, you can do it yourself for a $50 fee per item or we will remove it for you after you move out for $95 per item. Please complete the section below: Arrangements for the Removal or Disposal of Bulk Items
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (or by the next business day). For Move-Outs within the next 72 hours, please contact the Management Office directly at CenterSquare@Zencorr.com and provide them with all of your Move-Out needs.
